the role and process of engagement, consultation and social impact management for projects and project assessment to executives and other staff
communication skills to complement the capacity of technical personnel to liaise with community members, for example landholders

JTA conducted a Master Class in Complex Stakeholder Engagement in Kuala Lumpur in early 2013 which was rated by participants from Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines and Sarawak as 'excellent'. JTA will conduct further workshops in KL in 2013.
