JTA has been providing stakeholder engagement services for nearly 15 years. We develop the stakeholder engagement and community consultation strategies for each individual project and discuss with the client. The stakeholder engagement plans we develop are very robust: they become public documents as part of environmental impact statements and other statutory processes and are subject to public scrutiny. Stakeholder engagement strategies are developed via project team workshops where key stakeholders are nominated, likely issues and risks identified and management strategies and key messages agreed. Risk management and issues management are major aspects of every stakeholder engagement project: to meet the requirements of our clients, our identification of risk is wide ranging and as comprehensive as possible and our management strategy advice is very thorough. JTA has some of Australia’s best facilitators and mediators working with sometimes distressed stakeholders to achieve the mutually beneficial outcomes sought by clients and communities.
